You Are Your Own Hero

We all have at least one person that we can count on, to understand how we feel and think and to always be there no matter what. However sometimes they just don't understand and no matter how hard you try to explain, you just fail... No words can get the right message across.

Those are the times where you have to deal with the issue alone. You aren't ever alone and there are people that will always love and care for you but :

There are moments where you just have to trust yourself and there are some things you have to do alone. You can't expect people around you (even those that are close to you) to automatically understand what you are thinking and feeling. It can be hard for them too, to watch someone close to them fall to pieces. You may find yourself taking whatever is bothering you out on them. Chances are that they do not understand why you are behaving in that way and think you have changed and that you're not who you were before.

You know that you haven't changed. You know that you're still the same person! You have to let go of the negative feelings that are controlling the way you think and act. Replace them with the good memories that you know that you posses. The good things in your life that are still there. They're just hiding in the shadows. Only you can lead them back to the light.

Let go of the people that don't allow you to smile. You don't need their negativity! Surround yourself with the people that make you laugh on a miserable day. Take a new day as a new chance. Every new day is a new chance! Admit to your faults and fix them. Apologise to the people you have hurt and move on. You deserve to be happy. You can be happy, you just have to get up and change what needs to be changed. It's difficult but it's worth it.

Don't take notice of what people think or say. Don't pay attention to what they are doing. Focus on you:

If you have hope, you have happiness. You have to have hope, have faith and look on the brighter side. It's not cool to be a pessimist and it's not right to have a heart of stone. Being optimistic will improve your mood and the mood of everyone around you.

Always, always, always!!!:

I believe in you!
