An 'at home' kind of Summer ~ How To: 'A Not So Bummer Summer'

It is officially Summer! The best and most exciting time of the year, where there's no school and Ice Cream at every turn. 

Some people (including myself) get really bored during the Summer Holidays if they're not on holiday and are practically at home all Summer. People (like me) tend to forget that staying in the same country/neighbourhood all Summer doesn't mean that you have to be at home all Summer! You can still have the best Summer ever right where you are! 

Welcome to my new Summer series, where I spill all of my ideas that contribute towards having 'A Not So Bummer Summer' :)

Here is a list of things that you can do during the Summer, be sure to comment things that you like to do during the Summer!

1. A Garden Party

Build a den or organise a fancy tea party in your garden! Invite whoever you like and be aristocrats or explorers for the day (or just laugh at things on vine) it's up to you! haha

2. Try something new!

Start a blog, YouTube Channel, Sign up to a drama class, learn a musical instrument, learn how to knit! The options are endless. Think of something that you've never done before and learn how to do it!

3. Ice Skating

Ice Skating is typically a winter sport but it could just the thing to relax and cool you down during the Summer!

4. Redecorate your room

Redecorating your room can be a fun project over the Summer and will give you lots of opportunities to experiment with new DIYs!

5. Create your own show

With friends and family you can easily create a big performance which would be a lot of fun or you could make a dance routine/script or music track that you may want to show to everyone later!

6. Make new recipes

You can make up recipes for smoothies, salad dressings, Ice Cream and absolutely anything! It might turn out to be really fun and you can invite people round to help you make and eat the things that you've made.

7. Roller Skating

If you're not into the Ice Skating idea, try Roller Skating or Penny Boarding! It's outdoorsy and will be a lot of fun! (You can also take loads of awesome tumblr pics ;)

8. ICE CREAM!

I left the best until last..

Fangirls

So many of us on the internet are fangirls. In fact almost every teenage girl that I know fangirls over someone. (Boys fangirl too haha)! 

There are so many different types so I thought that it would be fun to go through a few before sharing something that has been bugging me for a while...

Types of fangirls

 Normal Girl: 
This girl likes the celeb(s) but won't go too crazy and only gets 'The feels' occasionally.

Dudette: 
This type of fangirl won't show any emotion ever but is secretly freaking out on the inside... Always!!

Average Fangirl:
asdffghkjkl, OH MY, MOM AND DAD, YEET, GUESS WHAT?! DEEZ NUTS HA, ALL OF DA FEELZZZ!!! << common phrases used by the 'Average Fangirl' . This typical fangirl hyperventilates daily (or tweets that they are) and gets the feels over practically anything that their fave does. 

From what I've seen those are the three main types of fangirls. Comment any more 'types of fangirls' below and the one that you relate to the most! 

One more thing...

Something that has been bothering me for a while is the fact that there are so many fights between fangirls all the time. It doesn't make any sense to me because the 'Directioner' that you're being really horrible to, probably understands exactly how you feel at that moment in time, whether you're a 'Swiftie' or a 'Lovatic'! 

Fangirls go through a lot of the same emotions and thoughts, it's crazy that within fandoms there are terrible fights too. The thing that annoys me the most is how stupid the topic of the fight will be e.g. 'My ship is better' or 'You don't know them like I do'. Some of these arguments can get way out of hand and are crazily unnecessary, before you pick a fight with someone ask yourself if it's really worth it. You should find that the answer is no...

Instead of tearing each other apart, fangirls should unite! There will always be horrible people on the internet but you *reading this right now* don't have to be one of them. If you have something really mean to type, take your fingers away from the keyboard before it's too late :)
